Natural Sisal Body Brush

This 100% vegan, plastic-free body brush is great for exfoliating and brushing away dry skin, which can also help to relieve itches, stimulate circulation, and increase lymphatic drainage. It is made of natural agave sisal bristles with a beechwood handle and a hand strap for optimal control, and each brush comes with a cotton drawstring travel bag and care instructions.

Note: Vegan bristles are firmer than animal hair or certain plastic bristles and will brush off more dead skin. If you have sensitive skin, it is advised that you use it on top of a thin layer of clothing.

Directions: Dry brush your body gently and slowly once or twice a week then treat your skin with a nourishing moisturizer or body oil. Your skin will feel smoother, rejuvenated, and the appearance of cellulite may reduce. 1.) Before showers, gently and slowly brush your skin from toe to neck in long strokes toward your heart. 2.) At your stomach and back, brush in a clockwise motion. 3.) Go over each area two or three times. 4.) Use a vitamin-rich moisturizer or body oil immediately after.

Care Tips: Lightly rinse and lay flat with the bristles down to dry.

Disposal: Repurpose the brush for shoe cleaning, general house cleaning, gardening, etc. Cut the bristles with scissors then compost. For the handle and strap, check the city's waste management info before disposal. if unsure, always consider composting in the backyard over throwing in the garbage.

Caution: Do not over-exfoliate. Use once or twice a week, ideally in the bathroom as you will see dead skin shedding. For sensitive skin, please use on top a thin layer of clothing (sleepwear, t-shirt, yoga wear, etc.).
