Herbal Bath Salts

Relax after a long day with these rejuvenating bath soaks made with natural salts, dried flowers or herbs, and essential oils that create the perfect combo to combat muscle pain, soreness, skin irritation, and stress. They come in either cute little reusable glass jars perfect for gifting or compostable kraft paper jars, which each hold almost 3/4 cups of bath salts, enough for up to 8 baths!*

*The weights of the different salts vary, but the glass jars hold approximately .5oz more than the paper jars, with 3-8 servings per mason jar and 2-7 per kraft jar. The kraft jars are better for the planet, while the glass jars are nicer for gift sets! Both are fully reusable.

Ingredients: Epsom Salt, Specialty Salt (Pink Himalayan, Dead Sea, and/or Black Dead sea with Activated Charcoal), Dried Flowers or Herbs (Roses, Lemongrass, Peppermint, and/or Eucalyptus), Essential Oils

Directions: Add 1-3 heaping tablespoons (depending on preference and size of tub) to hot water and carefully mix slightly before soaking fully for at least 5 minutes. Use 1/2 to 1 tablespoons for a smaller foot bath.

Disposal: Reuse either jar as much as possible. Recycle the glass jar, and recycle or compost the kraft jar (labels included).
