Vegan Plastic-Free Lip Balms

These colorful vegan lip balms use simple ingredients that naturally moisturize & protect your lips without leaving any harsh chemicals or waste behind. Their cute plastic-free cardboard tubes are fully home compostable, as well as made from 100% post-consumer waste content, and so are their zero-waste labels!

These tubes push up from the bottom and are therefore a little wider than the typical tube, so you're actually getting more product than typical tubes! The tall tubes contain approximately 11.5g of lip balm.

*Ingredients: Sunflower Oil, Cocoa Butter, Candelilla Wax, Mango Butter, Natural Vitamin E T-50 Oil, Flavor Oils**

*Please note that as the vegan Candelilla Wax is a harder wax than the typical Beeswax, these lip balms may be slightly more stiff than other varieties, and the wax and natural butters can clump up slightly with the cold weather. This should not affect the quality of the balm, as the butters should still melt and disperse when you apply them to your lips. If you are not vegan and desire a smoother application, we suggest our Beeswax-Based Lip Balms.

The kraft containers are made with FSC certified paper, with the outer paper being 100% recycled while the inner lining is a soybean wax, and any adhesives are even made of rice glue.

Directions: Push up gently from the bottom to expose more product when necessary and apply twice a day to fight chapped lips. Lightly push down with your lips, thumb, or heel of your hand if you accidentally push out too much product. Otherwise you can insert a toothpick into the center to push the bottom disc back down, while making sure not to let the disc flip over.

Care Tips: Keep your lip balm tubes away from extreme heat (ex. don't leave them in your hot car) or moisture to keep them fully functional and fresh.

Disposal: Throw the kraft paper tube in your home compost pile or collection bin, or clean out any remaining product and recycle.
