Upcycled Heating Pads

These handy heating pads are handmade by our owner's mother (can we get an "awwww!"?) who swears by them for all of her daily aches and pains. They are made with 100% upcycled fabrics or donated fabric scraps, filled with rice, and hand-sewn. Each heating pad is approximately 9 by 5 inches and can be easily used on any spot experiencing stiffness or soreness.

Please Note: Since they are made with donated fabric scraps, each heating pad will have a unique pattern, and we cannot gaurantee any particular designs. Each order will be a little surprise! If you require certain colors (ex. you are ordering this for a man who wouldn't be caught dead using a pink pad), please leave a note in your order and we will do our best.

Directions: Simply throw them in the microwave for 45 seconds - 1 minute and they should retain significant heat for about 45 minutes or so. As they are filled with rice, they cannot be washed, so you may want to wrap them in an additional washable thin cloth to help keep them clean and dry.

Caution: When removing them from the microwave they can be extremely hot. Please use care when touching them with your bare skin and wrap them in another cloth or towel if necessary to reduce the heat.
